It is with deep sadness that we report that Evelyn Mercer passed away on Wednesday. Not only had she been a stalwart member of Sevenoaks Flower Club since 1969, but she was also a Past National President and Associate of Honour of NAFAS and an Honorary Member of the Kent Area. She was also a very close personal friend of Julia Clements.
