How to become an Area Demonstrator
Being a demonstrator can be very rewarding. A candidate must attend accredited days of training . there is also a mock and final test before an audience. Candidates complete two designs during the test followed by a plant identification.
Candidates need to know the elements and principles of design so they can state and apply them. A portfolio prepared by the candidate explains the other designs that they would do for a club demonstration.
If you are interested in becoming a Demonstrator, help will be given on gaining confidence , please contact the Area demonstrators Representative or they JDSE&P Chair
As facilities at clubs differ . It is helpful for clubs to complete a form providing you with extra information. Photographs are helpful too.
