Chris Hall is hanging up his shopping bag and we are now looking for someone, or a team of people, to take on area trading.
Do you like shopping? Do you have an eye for what would sell?
The position involves choosing the stock, ordering, liaising with the area treasurer, laying out the trading stall at area events, serving the customers and storing the stock between events. If you are interested, please contact Cecilia Sleap either directly or via info@kentfloralart.co.uk
Not only do we offer gifts, including colourful mugs and jugs, handmade soaps and candles, small items of kitchen ware and items of stationery, pens and the “must have” credit card protectors, there are always the fabulous scarves, in a wide variety of colours and materials and small bags, along with a range of ever popular greetings cards and gift bags and much more. All at very competitive prices.
We always have available NAFAS handbooks, leaflets, badges, show stationery and blue forms. Extra copies can be ordered when required. Details of some of the books available are detailed below. If you are interested please contact me and I can let you know the prices.
There is a sales table at all Council meetings and Area days, we attend the Area and County Show and attract a lot of the general public. We also attend many of the Area workshops with a smaller range of goods.
Any clubs who would like a box of items (you choose) for sale or return at a club event, should talk to me and arrange collection.
The profits benefit all members by helping to keep affiliation fees down, something we all want.
