Hartley & District Flower Club meets at 7.30pm on the 4th Thursday of the month at All Saints Church Centre, Ash Road, Hartley, DA3 8DB.

We are a friendly club who like to have mainly practical evenings to hone our skills and learn from each other. We always welcome visitors and new members with open hours.
Membership £42 annually and £6 for demonstration evenings. Visitors £6 for practical evenings and £10 for demonstrations.

February 27th A PRACTICAL EVENING ENTITLED
‘AN ALL WHITE ARRANGEMENT’
Your own choice of shape and container. Green foliage can be used.
March 27th A PRACTICAL EVENING ENTITLED
‘FLOWERS IN A FRAME’
Making an art form flower picture with flowers within a frame. Demonstration by Jean, then create your own personal design.
April 24th A PRACTICAL EVENING ENTITLED
‘A FLORAL DECORATED BONNET OR HAT’
Your own choice of head gear decorated in your own choice and style. Fresh, dried or silk.
May 22nd A PRACTICAL EVENING ENTITLED
‘AN ARRANGEMENT IN A CUP AND SAUCER’
Bring along your own cup and saucer and use them to make an arrangement.
June 26th A PRACTICAL EVENING ENTITLED
‘TABLE TOP TOPIARY’
Full demo then the opportunity to create your own.
July 24th A PRACTICAL EVENING ENTITLED
‘ARRANGEMENT TO INCLUDE A HOUSEHOLD ITEM’
Your choice of container, flowers and greenery.
August 7th AFTERNOON TEA IN THE HALL (2PM – 4PM)

‘A FAUX HAND TIED IN A BASKET/TRUG’
Full instructions will be given. Your choice of container.
October 23rd A PRACTICAL EVENING ENTITLED
‘AN ARRANGEMENT IN A PUMPKIN’
Bring a prepared pumpkin or a ceramic one or similar.

STAR DEMONSTRATION FOR CHRISTMAS – WITH MIG KIMPTON
Arrive at 7.00pm for light refreshments. Demonstration will start at 7.30pm – invite your friends, it will be a great evening
December 11th CHRISTMAS LUNCH at the Hilltop Restaurant
